A two-day Green Hydrogen conference has started in Kathmandu. "Nepal Green Hydrogen Conference: Antidote for Melting Mountains" started in Kathmandu on Monday.
Minister of Energy, Natural Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal while inaugurating the conference expressed her best wishes saying that the production of green hydrogen energy is important for the economic prosperity and sustainable development of Nepal.
She said that by using electricity from water sources, water sources can be developed as hydrogen energy, so clean energy can be produced to meet the growing demand for renewable energy in Nepal. He said that Nepal can earn income by delivering the produced clean energy to other countries.
