Bangladesh is interested in buying electricity from Nepal....

 

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that the government of Bangladesh is willing to purchase hydropower produced in Nepal.

After returning home from his visit to Italy, he said that he had a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina, during the press conference held today in the special room of the airport.

He informed me that during the meeting, friendly relations between Nepal and Bangladesh, mutual and regional cooperation, and cooperation between Nepal and Bangladesh in the international arena were discussed.
