Russia agrees to compensate the Nepali families....

 

Russia has agreed to compensate the families of Nepalis killed in the war with Ukraine. For this, Russia has said that it will send compensation money to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Nepali Embassy in Moscow. Before that, it was Russia's condition that the concerned family should come to Moscow to claim the compensation amount.

Amrit Kumar Rai, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, stated that Russia was accommodating and consented to provide the reparation money to Nepal."The government of Nepal proposed to Russia to provide compensation money through the embassy in Russia, to which Russia has agreed," he said. According to him, the Ministry will provide it to the worried family members via the District Administration Office. Spokesman Rai stated that Russia has merely consented to deliver the compensation funds and that there has been no advancement in the case of the return of Nepalis who were recruited unlawfully.
