Nagadhunga tunnel breakthrough in 53 months...

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that Nagadhunga Tunnel will play an important role in bringing Nepal to the new age of tunnels.

Addressing the main tunnel breakthrough program on Monday, he said that Nepal has entered a new destination of development.

Congratulations to the Japanese government workers and the Nepali people who contributed to constructing the historic tunnel. Now this tunnel will reduce the security risk of this area. This will reduce the risk of landslides in the road area during winter," he said.

He said this tunnel would make it easy to enter the federal capital from different places in the country and exit from Kathmandu through Thankot.
